Working within the integrated creative team as a hands-on Art Director in the global HQ in Amsterdam, I was responsible for the origination of conceptual ideas and activations, leading and driving the creative process from brief through to delivery.

This included directing shoots, managing internal & external talent and partners, overseeing print, digital and video (post) production, along with executing the brand on-line with a focus on their growing E-commerce business.
Also leading their (satellite) creative studio in the Asia Pacific Regional Office in Hong Kong for 2 years, I worked closely with both local and international teams, aligning all global creative with local markets, deepening my knowledge of the different markets.
